We bring joy and connection to others through delicious Greek Food! The Greek Shack is our family's mobile food business specializing in Greek sandwiches, Greek salads, and Greek Pastry: Very Greek! All our dishes are home made with extra virgin olive oil, Greek salts and Oreganos, and fresh herbs! As our initial start, we have a mobile food wagon stationed at 683 South Mountain Boulevard (subject to change) daily where we offer outside deck seating and great ambience! The Patitsas family’s origin is found in the Greek Ionian sea’s isles: the white stone island of Lefkada. In fact, the Patitsas family claim to be descendants of the legendary Odysseus referenced in Homer’s Odyssey and Iliad. From this rich and ancient tradition, the tradition of hospitality, philosophy, and Judeo-Christian values are found. Today, Demetri (husband) and Calliope (wife) along with their 5 boys enjoy sharing this rich Greek tradition with others. Come and see!
